Our Chef-Fouder Cel has travelled much of the world on a one man foodie mission.

Having come back with a wealth of knowledge from training with other chefs and spending time in the kitchens of family homes in virtually every place he's visited- Cel has been off the beated track and can offer amazing cookery classes and demos.
